This report is published by the City of Cape Town every year as part of the Water Services Act. It includes a water balance that provides a city-wide material balance for water. The consumption of water is broken down by authorized consumption (regular sales of water, subsidized consumption, etc.), as well as unauthorized consumption as well as losses (listed as unaccounted-for consumption).
