When it comes to adding publications, it is important to check if they don't already exist in the library, which is why there is a field on top of the site when adding an item that let's you do that. In this case, we already have this publication, see here: https://library.metabolismofcities.org/items/1908/ . Secondly, you listed it as a journal article, but it is actually a conference paper. This may seem like a small difference, but the form changes depending on the item that you want to add, so it is worth it to pay attention to that.
