Description

There is a setting when you customize a map that says:
Limit display of contents to city boundaries

This is supposed to take a shapefile that contains e.g. 1000 power plants of the entire world, and if you select this and you open the map for e.g. a single city, then it shows only a "slice" of that shapefile by demonstrating only those plants that are located within the boundaries of the city.

However, from all that I can see this is just a setting that was listed in the front-end but it does absolutely nothing! So it's time to make that functional...
