Description

So far, we can only process data for one single reference space or actually one shape file that has reference space(s)).
Example 1: Data for one city, Munich, if Munich exists as a reference space.
Example 2: Data for all countries, since we have a shape file with all countries.

Ideally, we should be able to add data for many cities/regions/countries simultaneously, and (1) not go through each dashboard to do so or (2) without having a file that might have a group of very random places. For example there could be a publication that has data from Sao Paolo, Hong Kong and Cape Town, but we will already have these 3 reference spaces in our system and should avoid that someone has to upload a shape file with those 3 places.

Either this system works for all or it could be a feature that only admins can have access to.
