Tons of food recovered in restaurants by the Embrulha project
The Embrulha. project consists in making biodegradable packaging available, free of charge, at the participating restaurants. This packaging allows customers to take the leftovers from their meals, allowing the food to be used instead of going to the garbage bin.
This dataset includes information on the total tons of food recovered in the Embrulha participating restaurants in Porto, from 2017 to 2020.
