Sorry for the late response and even in English, but I trust that you can understand this (with google translate) ;)
The issue with this file here was that it had a ".numbers" extension, which is a file format used by the "Numbers" software on Mac, an Excel equivalent. What I did was to click on the dataset ID 40613, on the right side to see the uploaded file. I downloaded that file and used an online converter to convert it to a .csv file and then replaced the existing one. It can now be read by the system.
